Recovery Supplies

These are the items I recommend having on hand for comfort, along with quick links to recommended products.

I use the foam ones. Many people love Loop brand

Great for helping with anxiety reduction and sleep. I received mine as a gift, but this onethis one, and this one look like great options. They come in different weights and sizes. I absolutely love mine!

I use a Fitbit for monitoring my heart rate during walks and exercise as part of my strategic exercise program. Many additional options are available at different price points.

Asutra's magnesium cream, Arnicare's homeopathic pain relieving gel, and BioFreeze are my go-to's for neck discomfort.

Great for headaches and neck pain. I also used hot packs on my chest when I needed support to be calm during panic attacks or symptom flare ups. "Headache hats" are also a great option.

Supporting your neck while you sleep is important (all concussions include a whiplash injury, and often times a more significant neck injury). You could get a pillow from a local specialist or chiropractor, or check out this option.

I borrowed these from a friend and they were a game changer. They helped drown out household sounds, and also helped instill a general sense of calm when I had them on. There are lots of options available at different price points.
